How Capsule works
Fees collect for one window. At high tide, the whole pot goes to one wallet — chosen from a frozen ticket list by on-chain randomness nobody controls.
What is live today
The window
Windows align to the UTC epoch. A 4-hour coin draws at 00:00, 04:00, 08:00, 12:00, 16:00 and 20:00 UTC; a 1-hour coin on the hour.
Tickets
$50 worth of tokens is one unit; tickets are its square root. No staking — just hold. Minimum hold is 25% of the window; each full window held in a row adds +10% (max +50%).
How many winners
One per coin, always. Splitting a pot is how rewards become dust. $CAPS’s revenue draw pays five, equally and without replacement, because it’s held for income.
What we cannot do
Disclosure: for the minutes between claim and payout the pot sits in a wallet Capsule controls. Its size is fixed by the coin’s settings and every movement is published with the draw’s proof. A program that removes this step is on the roadmap.
Fees
Proof
Five minutes before close the ticket list is hashed and published; the winning index comes from a VRF requested after the freeze. Each draw keeps list hash, seed, index and payout signature together.
